What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want customers to be satisfied with them. Can I cancel an order?
If an order has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of placing the order. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel it for you, Please contact support@collectaway.com
What do I do if I didn’t receive a shipment?
Please review the tracking information that was provided to you via email to determine if the order has been delivered or is still enroute. If the tracking indicates delivery, please verify that no other members of your household received the delivery on your behalf. How do I return an order by mail?
You are responsible for shipping the items back, prior to shipping them back, you must be approved for a return. You can be approved for a return at support@collectaway.com. Once approved, you will be provided instructions on how to return your items: Damaged or returns that are at no fault of the customer will have postage paid return labels issued to them. Rest assured, all items featured on the Collectaway website are authentic unless specifically stated otherwise.
Are all your cards graded?
While we have a vast collection, not all cards are graded. However, most single cards will be enclosed in a graded case unless otherwise specified.
What if the product I want to buy says contact us?
For select items of significant value, we offer the option to purchase through our white glove service. Simply reach out to us for personalized assistance at support@collectaway.com to purchase and we will provide next steps.
Can you recommend which company I can use to grade cards?
While there are various grading companies available, we do not endorse any specific ones.
Do you ship international?
We ship to the USA only at this time, with hopes of expanding in the future. We will not fulfill orders that ship to freight forwarders or mail service. if you have any questions please email us support@collectaway.com. We handle these on a case by case basis.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We are proud to be using the USPS for shipping. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days, barring exceptions during holidays and weekends.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. Within the email you will find your tracking link.
Can I insure my shipment?
We do offer shipping insurance through a third party company.
