Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. To initiate a return, please contact support@collectaway.com

Approved Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm status of your return and refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@collectaway.com

Exchanges

This is handled on a case-by-case basis due to inventory. Please contact support@collectaway.com

Shipping

To return your product, your return must be approved and customer support will provide the address to return your items with instructions.
