Subscription Questions?
Can I modify a future subscription?

-Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or reaching our to support@collectaway.com

How often will I be billed?

-You will be billed $50 once every 30 days when we ship your new mystery box.

Will my subscription auto renew?

-Yes, you don’t have to do anything as long as you want to receive your monthly shipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

-To cancel your mystery box, please cancel 72 prior to your next monthly shipment to ensure your order is cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. To initiate a return, please contact support@collectaway.com
Can I cancel an order

If you order has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel it for you.

How do I return an order by mail?

You are responsible for shipping the items back, prior to shipping them back, you must be approved for a return. You can be approved for a return at support@collectaway.com. Once approved, you will be provided instructions on how to return. Please be advised there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.
Do you offer exchanges?

This is handled on a case-by-case basis due to inventory. Please contact support@collectaway.com

Rest assured, all items featured on the Collectaway website are authentic unless specifically stated otherwise.
Are all your cards graded?

While we have a vast collection, not all cards are graded. However, most single cards will be enclosed in a graded case unless otherwise specified.
What if the product I want to buy says contact us?

While there are various grading companies available, we do not endorse any specific ones.
